The Leaking Pipe

A sharp hiss of steam draws your attention to a side alley. A rusted water pipe has cracked along a seam, spraying a fine mist into the dry air. A small crowd has gathered - not to fix it, but to hold containers under the leak. Two settlers are already arguing over who got there first.

Clean water is worth more than caps out here. The pipe won't last long before someone in charge notices and sends a crew.
