Stockpile Audit

Half the equipment shipped to the Frontier arrives broken: vibration, bad packing, somebody skimming on the way through Prosperity. There's a dump site east of here where pre-war labs were stripped. Most of it's garbage. The rotors, though, if they're intact, are worth more than the rest of the shipment combined. Bring me what you find.
