He glances at you.

Take the requisition note to Leon Sellard at the Institute outpost. Same settlement, different building.

A slight grimace.

He'll complain. He always does. But tell him it's non-negotiable.

He produces a folded requisition note, sealed with a Ranger insignia.

Here's the situation. You want maps, we need supplies. Fair exchange.

He hands you the note.

This is a requisition for equipment and provisions - guns, ammunition, food. Standard field operations material.

Take this to Leon Sellard. He's the Institute supply coordinator at the Frontier outpost - manages their resources here.

His tone is matter-of-fact.

If anyone can authorize this exchange, it's him. He's got the authority and the inventory access.

He crosses his arms.

It's a fair trade. Maps for supplies. Simple. Tell him the Rangers need restocking, and Wren Harper gets her maps in return.

Don't let him drag it out with bureaucratic nonsense. We both know the Institute has the supplies.

He looks up as you approach, setting down his pencil with obvious reluctance.

Yes? What is it?

He notices the note.

That better not be another emergency requisition. We're already over-allocated this quarter.

He takes the note and scanning the contents. A long sigh escapes him.

Of course. Wren chasing another theory.

A facility that might contain CELL information. Might. That's a lot of Institute resources for "might."

He's absorbed in cross-referencing multiple ledgers, muttering under his breath.

"Water purification filter requisitions versus actual documented usage... discrepancy of twelve percent..."

After a long moment, he notices you standing there.

Supply requests go through official channels. Come back during designated hours.

He returns to his calculations immediately.
