| 7 | 81.000 | Allows you to use Tier 3 hi-tech armor |
| 8 | 243.000 | +1 prime resist armor rating (+3 total) |
| 9 | 729.000 | +1 Defense Modifier (+2 total) +1 AR (+2 total) |
