1. Entry 1

   The surviving tents and trailers preserve the hospital's final layout: intake, surgery, recovery, then isolation at the far end. Someone kept expanding the isolation section. By the end, it occupied almost half the facility.

2. Entry 2

   Most medicine cabinets were emptied before the site was abandoned, but surgical instruments were left sterilized and wrapped. Scavengers learned to search beneath operating tables instead; staff taped emergency supplies there where frightened patients could not see them.

3. Entry 3

   Patient tags recovered from one collapsed ward are numbered sequentially and written by the same hand. Eleven names appear twice: once as discharged, then again several hours later as new admissions. The injuries recorded on the second tags are different.
