2. Registro 2

   Institute classifications list the Techno-shamans under "non-empirical practitioners," with a footnote requesting peer review. The footnote has been in place for nineteen years. Three Institute teams have visited Aniid Kin to file the report. None of the reports have been filed.

3. Registro 3

   Ranchers near the eastern mesas describe the same story: a Techno-shaman walking alone, stopping mid-stride, and standing motionless for hours. Asked about it later, the shaman is polite but unhelpful. Something was speaking. They were listening. That is all.

4. Registro 4

   Settlement medical records show that Techno-shaman healing rates correlate inversely with proximity to the Scar's quiet periods. When the Scar is silent, the shamans are less effective.
